Summary of Terms and Conditions:

  1. TCA loudspeakers are made exclusively to order with customer styling preferences and product options
  2. Using our website Configurator you can explore and configure your preferred styling and product options and submit to TCA for a quote
  3. TCA offer a free consultation to explore styling options and rendered examples to blend into an interior, make a bold statement or anything in between to suit your personal preferences
  4. TCA loudspeakers include natural materials such as hardwoods that may vary in pattern and tone from those shown on our website
  5. A deposit is calculated and payable once a personal loudspeaker styling has been accepted by the customer and TCA
  6. TCA will provide the customer an estimated delivery time for the agreed configuration
  7. TCA operates with a “cooling off” period of 14 days within which an order can be cancelled and the deposit refunded in full
  8. The customer may sign a "cooling off" period waiver to initiate the loudspeaker build process earlier
  9. After the “cooling off’ period and when a waiver has been signed, the deposit is no longer refundable if the order is cancelled
  10. A loudspeaker set usually take ca. 6 – 10 weeks to build and quality assure depending on customer preference configuration
  11. TCA will keep the customer informed of progress
  12. Once the loudspeaker build is complete, quality assured and ready to ship the customer is invoiced for the balance of the order
  13. TCA will provide a shipment tracking number. Transportation insurance is covered by TCA

Treble Clef Audio loudspeakers are exclusively made to order based on customer preferences and styling options. For this reason the EU distance selling regulation does not apply regarding the “cooling off” period and refund. Nevertheless and independent of customer shipping country, TCA will always accept a “cooling off” period of 14 days equivalent to EU regulations for distance selling. TCA cannot commence the build of orders until after the cooling off period unless the customer signs a cooling off period waiver.

Using the TCA website online Configurator a loudspeaker model can be tailored to customer preferences regarding styling and other options that may be available for our Products. TCA values a direct relationship with our prospective, new and existing customers. At TCA we are always ready to help, advice and discuss options and accommodate individual styling preferences that we may be able to quote for.

Once a Configuration styling choice is submitted to and reviewed by TCA, we mutually review and agree the product configuration with the prospective customer. Once a Configuration is agreed, e.g. via email communication, the deposit is calculated and invoiced to the customer. Payment of the deposit reserves a loudspeaker build priority slot.

By signing a waiver of the cooling off period and once TCA is in receipt of the agreed deposit, we can commence the build process of an order.

Estimated delivery time of your chosen product configuration depends on our order queue, customer ordered preferences, availability, and delivery times from third party suppliers of component, materials and potential logistical services delays out of our control. TCA undertakes to provide customers with regular updates on their loudspeaker build and expected delivery time. Subject to previously mentioned dependencies, in general the build and quality assurance process take between 6 – 10 weeks depending on customer preference options.

Shipping Insurance

Treble Clef Audio includes transportation insurance covering loss and any damage to our products during shipping and delivery. To validate any claims please make sure to examine the packaging and content when received. If you notice visible damage to the flightcase or other packaging upon delivery, please immediately check if the product inside has suffered visible damage. Should you note visible damage to the product please refuse to receive the delivery.

Should there unexpectedly be any other damage or malfunction of the product after unpacking, please without delay contact Treble Clef Audio or the authorised dealership that issued your invoice.
