Jon Irabagon:

Named one of New York City's 25 Jazz Icons by Time Out New York, Irabagon composes for his ensemble Outright!, which received a 5-star Masterpiece review in Downbeat Magazine for Unhinged (2014), as well as the Jon Irabagon Trio, featuring Barry Altschul and Mark Helias, and his new quartet with Matt Mitchell, Chris Lightcap and Dan Weiss. Irabagon has been an integral part of ensembles such as the Dave Douglas Quintet, the Mary Halvorson Quintet, Septet and Octet, Barry Altschul's 3Dom Factor, Ralph Alessi's This Against That, Mostly Other People do the Killing and Uri Caine's Catbird.

Rob Duguay:

Rob Duguay lives in Queens, New York and performs regularly around the New York City tri-state area, leading multiple groups including Songevity, Low Key Trio, and Rob Duguay Quartet and Trio. He has performed with a large list of fine musicians including Steve Wilson, Abraham Burton, Mark Gross, Chip White, Justin Kauflin, Nadav Snir- Zelniker, Chris Brown, Winard Harper, and more.

Alvaro Torres:

Pianist and composer Álvaro Torres is an emerging voice in New York City's creative jazz scene. His life has been shaped by an international trajectory, leading him to live in a variety of places such as Kathmandu, Barcelona, Copenhagen, and Berlin, experiences that have profoundly influenced his music. Since his debut album in 2019, "Specious Present", Álvaro has released three more albums as a leader for record labels like Sunnyside Records and Fresh Sound New Talent, featuring notable collaborations with musicians such as Barry Altschul, Tony Malaby, John Hébert, and Kresten Osgood. His music blends post-bop and improvisation, drawing from elements of Spanish folklore and his strong classical music background. Influences include Ornette Coleman, Paul Bley, Brahms, and Isaac Albéniz.

Hery Paz:

Hery Paz is a New York based Cuban multi-instrumentalist, composer and visual artist. At the heart of his artistic practice we find a resolute dedication to expand his cultural philosophy, crystalizing an amalgam of expressions between improvisation, composition and visual arts. His playing is imbued with a depth of purpose, a sense of patience and a willingness to venture into the unknown. Paz is an integral element of the creative music scene in New York City where he has worked with artists such as, Dave Liebman, William Parker, Cooper Moore, Ralph Alessi, Francisco Mela, Tom Rainey, Thomas Morgan, Román Díaz, Kris Davis, Miguel Zenón, Juan De Marcos Gonzales, Gerald Cleaver and Joe Morris...

As a band leader or co/ leader Sean Conly has performed with several stellar groups over the years starting with The Invisibles featuring Ben Monder, Tony Malaby, John OGalliger and Tony Moreno, Re:Action with Michael Attias Tony Malaby and Pheeroan Aklaff, Grassroots with Darius Jones, Chad Taylor and Alex Harding, High Low Brow with Mike Pride and Mary Halvorson, Think Shadow with Michael Attias, The True North Project, featuring Tom Rainey and Kris Davis and also performs solo.

Sam Yahel:

A distinctive voice among a new breed of Hammond B-3 organ players on the jazz scene, Sam Yahel has earned the top spot in Downbeat’s International Critics Poll as a Talent Deserving of Recognition for many years in a row. Equally at home on the piano as on the organ, Sam belongs to a rare breed of multi-instrumentalists. Since moving to New York in 1990, Yahel has worked with a string of notable jazz artists including tenor saxophonist Joshua Redman, alto saxophonist Maceo Parker, guitarists Peter Bernstein and Bill Frisell, vocalists Norah Jones (on her Grammy-winning Come Away With Me) and Madeleine Peyroux, among others.

Larry Grenadier:

As one of the most admired, accomplished bassists working in jazz today, Larry Grenadier has been praised as “a deeply intuitive” musician by The New York Times and as an instrumentalist with a “fluid sense of melody” by Bass Player magazine. Grenadier has created an expansive body of work in collaboration with many of the genre’s most inventive, influential musicians – from early days playing with sax icons Joe Henderson and Stan Getz to what has been decades performing alongside pianist Brad Mehldau, from extended experiences working with the likes of Paul Motian and Pat Metheny to co-leading the cooperative trio Fly (with Mark Turner and Jeff Ballard) and quartet Hudson (with John Scofield, John Medeski and Jack DeJohnette).
